Have a question about how you can print your photos on canvas, acrylic glass, or metal? You might find the answers you need below.
If your concerns are not cleared up, please contact us.
I do not have a digital copy of my photo; can I still print this photo on canvas?
We can only use digital files of images. Fortunately, you can take your printed photos to a local print shop, or photo kiosk, and have them converted to digital files. It is usually not very expensive to have an entire album converted. For quality results, your digital photos need to be at least 150 dpi.
I do not know anything about photo editing or computers; how will I know the print will look good?
We ask that your digital file is at least 150 dpi, as photos of this resolution look great on canvas, acrylic, and metal art prints. If you are not sure about how your photo will look, email the image to [email protected]. Let us know the canvas sizes you are considering, and we will provide you with recommendations.
Do the canvases come stretched around the frame and ready to hang?
Yes all of our canvas prints come stretched around the frame and ready to hang upon delivery.
Do you supply unframed rolled canvas prints?
If you would prefer a rolled canvas (non stretched/framed) simply contact our support team after placing your order and this can be organised for you.
How are your frames made?
We use wooden, kiln-dried frames with depths of 3cm. Each of our high- quality, durable frames includes a raised lip around the perimeter; this keeps indentations from forming on the canvas.
What type of canvas do you use?
Our canvas photo prints are produced on matte cotton that has a GSM count of 360. To protect our high-quality canvases, we use high quality latex inks that provide a high level of protection against water, dust and UV light.
Do you offer canvas wrapping options?
Absolutely. Your canvas photo print can be stretched around the frame in one of three ways:
The entire photo is visible from the front, and the sides are filled with the solid color of your choosing.
The entire photo is visible from the front, and the image is mirrored onto the sides of the frame.
The image is wrapped continuously around the front and the sides of the frame.
If you have unique wrapping requirements you would like to request, please contact us to learn more about your options.
What kind of printers and inks do you use?
We rely on state-of-the-art, professional Epson printers, along with certified Epson inks.
Are canvas photos difficult to keep clean?
Absolutely not. Your photos can be kept in top condition with the use of a static-electricity dusting cloth or a vacuum with a brush attachment. You should never use any cleaning liquid or compound.
How long will my prints last?
If you keep your prints out of direct sunlight, and shield canvas prints from dust and moisture, they can last many years. Metal and acrylic glass photo prints are even more durable and resistant.
Yes, we do. However, your order can not be more than 1m x 1m in size and weigh more than 20kg.
How long does it take?
After you have submitted your order, you can expect your photo prints to arrive within as little as 5 to 10 business days. Please read our terms and conditions and shipping policy for more information on delivery time frames.
What payment methods do you accept, and are they secure?
We accept major credit cards through eWay, and can also accept payments through PayPal. All of our online payments are processed through a secure server using the latest encryption technology.
